Action speaks louder than words. Mr. Hanskumar Shamji Shah had a very humble beginning. In the initial days, he used to be the supplier of medical requisites to doctors. The first partnership firm was started as Hemant Surgical Enterprises in 1983.

Mr. Kaushik Shah
Director
Mr. Kaushik joined HSIL as Sales & Marketing Manager in 2007, after completing his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
A technology geek, he is known for incorporating the digital era in HSIL. He focused on transforming the business into a well-organized and digitalized enterprise with his strategic planning and marketing skills. Looking at his performance, the company promoted him to Director in 2015.
